If a picture says 1000 words, then a memes says about 1012 words.

Meme Generator - Online/browser - you can create instant memes and they get posted to the website - you don't need a login but there is that option to do stuff. Note there is all sorts of memes on that site so if you are making memes with students/kids be aware - mostly language.
