Why do some guys bully and harass women online? Um, because they are jerks? Yeah, that's one reason, but the answer is more complex, and you should explore the question and come to your own conclusions, and in turn solutions for addressing it.
The problem with it is when women and girls stop seeing the internet as a place where they can express and experiment with their voice, thoughts and ideas.
Unfortunately it is happening, women are over the crap they get online and they are switching off. This is not cool. The internet was made great by the collaboration and collectivism of males and females working together. The rise of the search engine and the strength of open source technology is proof of that.
So this site is about saying "ladies go forth and make memes" and use them to be hilarious, and provocative or when you think you just aren't getting heard.
